Here is a sample of the trivia questions that I presented a few weeks ago at the Burlap Barrel.The contestants
complained that they were too hard. The winning team (no more than 4 p;ayers ) got 12 right of 20. I pruned a few of the questions which were too easy. Teams of no more than 4 players and no fair cheating. See how well you can do.

9) t/f The famous battle scene in Gone With The Wind took only 3 minutes.
10) How long did sleeping beauty sleep?
11) How many holes in a chinese checker board ?
12) How many squares on a scrabble board ?
13) In golf we have par, birdie, eagle, another bird, and still another bird.
Name the last trwo birds. ( double eagle and triple eagle don't count )
14)When did the STAR Spangled Banner become the national anthem ?
15) What is commemorated in the words of the Star Spangled Banner ?
No phoning a friend or asking non team members for help.

I see you haven't gotten any comments yet. Perhaps everyone else is feeling the way I'm feeling, that is, a little stupid.
The only one I know for sure without just guessing is #3 - Mozart didn't write it. It was attributed to him because he wrote several variations of it. I guess years of piano lessons were good for something. No, wait, I know #7, too...Sidney.
OK, here is my stab at the hard questions.
#2 I guess to be true.
I guessed 3 of the 4 words for MASH, but had to cheat on the A.
#8 I would guess to be true as I watched the movie many many years ago and was shocked.
#9 I would guess as true.
I guessed correctly the checker board squares, and missed on the Chinese checkers, having guessed 150.
I particularly liked # 9.
" The battle scene in GWTW took
three minutes."
Ha Ha or LOL as we now say. There was no battle scene in GWTW.
