One keeps hearing about twitter or twittering(tweeting). Just what is it ? I see that the messages on twitter are very limited. My blogs, usually brief, are not limited. I can write on forever if it suits my fancy.
Unfortunately, the blog seems passe now , leaving me and fellow blogers in the dustbin of history. Modern technology has left us behind.

Don't confuse passe with obsolete.
Blogs are still quite the rage, just not newsworthy.
I did try twitter, and did not find it satisfying.
Facebook on the other hand I do like.
I don't think blogging is passe at all. I still post (when life isn't trying to kill me) and have at least 50 that I read regularly. I think Twitter is sort of fun, but limited, as you say. Like Tom, I adore facebook. I've connected with old friends, keep way better in touch with relatives and my kids. The internet is a big basket of diverse fun!
